“Couldn’t continue to use the sight. Had a car accident, completely dealt with by the company who had loaned the car to me. Didn’t have any input apart from supplying a telephone number. Unable to give a cost figure. Therefore unable to proceed. I didn’t need this information to deal with Direct Line. But Direct Line were way above a quote from my original insurer.”

“I normally used confused.com comparison search engine. I find it easy to navigate, read and find the insurance I'm looking for. Lots of great choices. Thank you. The free monthly coffee is a benefit too. I work community and a hot Cappuccino goes down beautifully on cold and stressful days. (I started using Confused.com many years before they offered this benefit)”

“the car insurance comparison shows Hastings with unlimited cover for driving abroad.it is only 90 days. i made the mistake of following to use and have had to change insurer to accommodate a longer trip. It is also wrong for policy expert and direct line.”

“All very good. It seems that car insurance companies don’t necessarily show much loyalty to their customers and even significantly raise annual prices despite the car insured being of less worth a year later and the driver (hopefully) having greater experience and hence less likely to have an accident/s. So Confused.com provides an invaluable service by allowing customers to shop around and get the best deal.”
