“Disappointed that the rewards are App only - the £20 voucher didn't used to be via the APP you could just enter the policy number online. I don't think you make it very clear that you have to download the app. I don't want to download the App so I will skip the reward but very disappointed in this change in practice.”

“The quotes were competitive and when I selected the one I wanted (Aviva) it took me straight to their site. I was insured in about 5 minutes and it was £430 cheaper than renew in G with my old insurer (Tesco) who'd increased their premium by over £400 from the previous year without cause .”
