“Not likely to use you (Confused.com) again because your free gift voucher and coffees are app only and should be available to everyone, especially if their phone is not compatible to download your app. Just open it up to emails too so you are being fair to all.”

Because of this, a mobile device is required to log in, view and use any earned rewards. We understand not everyone has a smartphone. An alternative option is to use a tablet: Our app is fully compatible with most iPad and Android tablets. If you have access to a tablet, you can download the app and use it to manage and redeem your rewards. At the moment, we’re unable to offer an alternative option if the Confused.com app can’t be downloaded, as access to the app is one of the requirements to claim the reward. “Very good, except I forgot the offer of £20 and Free coffee; having asked a question from the Insurer directly and being satisfied, I went ahead and paid the Premium to them. Although 'difficult for me', I'll definitely do it again, now I'm better able to know how to use the site. I told the Insurer that I'd found them on Confused You definitely save much money Thank you very much.”
