“I have used Confused for several years now but my last experience was disappointing. After entering all my details on the confused portal and selecting an insurer to buy from the details such as accidents and convictions do not transfer across so I had to buy direct from Qoute me Happy and pay more.”

“When I put all mine and my sons details in, the system then changed my sons details to mine as well. I accepted a quote and realised afterwards that it was wrong but the company I took insurance with then charge me £28 to cancel the insurance. Wont be recommending confused.com to anyone and wont use it again”
