“They seem to offer a good range of quotes and the ‘rewards’ are a plus. However I find it difficult to compare like for like or to find specific information eg what breakdown cover is included for the price; does it cover uninsured protection in the event of an accident etc. For me the most annoying thing is so many emails especially as soon as I look at a quote an email pops up so trying to compare quotes gets even more confusing!! I’ve yet to decide which insurance to get so the question about ‘did I purchase from Darwin Platinum’ is irrelevant at the moment, but I’m likely to buy it.”

“Confused was easy to navigate, however once I was put through to insurance firm to finalise, this was where it failed, I paid the company and received confirmation of payment but 3 days later I’ve not received any documentation, contacted the company but still no documentation”

Because Confused.com is a comparison site and not your insurer, we’re unable to send your policy documents. Most insurers will send your policy documents digitally, so it's best to check in your email inbox. If the documents have been posted, they're normally sent the next working day and can take up to 7 days to arrive. If you haven't received your documents within 7 days, contact your insurer and they should be able to resend them. Still can't find your policy documents?
