We’re sorry to hear you haven’t received communication from your insurer after purchasing. Because we’re a comparison site and not your insurer, we’re unable to send your policy documents.
Most insurers will send your policy documents digitally, so it's best to check in your email inbox. If the documents have been posted, they're normally sent the next working day and can take up to 7 days to arrive. If you haven't received your documents within 7 days, contact your insurer and they should be able to resend them.
