“Good comparative options with a range of services included and/or prices. Probably my problem - but I found the jump from Confused.com to the actual company to buy the policy a bit confusing - I lost track of the rewards. Hopefully the rewards will follow (somehow) but, whatever, I got the policy inclusions that I wanted and at a substantially lower price than my renewal price.”

“Some of your quotes are ridiculous. I do not want to have to fill out vast amounts of information only to then be told my cars are not insurable or receive quotes often 300% or more than I can obtain elsewhere.”
