“Confused.com are the only comparison site that don't provide a phone number to get through to a human who can assist should any complications occur. It's important to provide assistance on the phone especially when the site jams, or simply fails to work. This is especially important for those of us with disabilities because by law you must provide reasonable adjustments. Insurance is very serious business, you should never allow insurers on your site that impose a short deadline on the availability of a quote. Too many insurers only offer a quote that needs to be accepted the same day it was produced. This pressure tactic is irresponsible and causes untold stress, potentially irresponsible decisions and no time for the customer to check things through. Claiming the rewards has become extremely slow, I applied for mine over three weeks ago, I'm now being advised I'll need to wait yet another week. This excessive delay is not only stressful & tedious, but potentially means we'd lose our on the Gregg's rewards since we're meant to receive one person month. The first month is nearly up & I'm still in for a long wait.”
