Some additional extra's do not transfer from Confused.com and you do need to reselect them on the insurers website but this should not affect the price.

“making fool to users. why there is price increase if i reduce the miles and keeping same dates.. Example if my current car insurance policy getting expired after 1 week then if try to run the multiple quotes every date the price will go high and high. so all you are playing the same game the way insurance company play.”

I'm sorry to hear the prices you have received are not competitive.
As we are a comparison website, we don’t calculate the prices you receive and these are all calculated and returned by our panel of insurance providers, based on the information you entered on our website. They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for others with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently.
If you would like to query any of your prices, we would recommend calling the insurer directly and they should be able to explain this to you in more detail.

“Fairly easy process and pretty much similar to all the other web sites so in the end it comes down to a combination of price (not necessarily the cheapest) and cover offered.”
“Disappointed that ticking add ons on th site to get quote did not translate to the Direct Line offer, so additional costs to your quote. Subsequently went with Direct Line silver through you.”
