“Competitive quotes and renewed my car insurance and saved £60.00 However, i have not been able to access the rewards page...there appears to be a fault on the app, which still hasn't been fixed. This is quite disappointing.”

“Far too many emails sent, several every day filling my mail box. Headline quotes to draw you in are not available when entering the site. Offers of rewards are not met with messages stating that they are currently not available, false representation.”

“You encouraged me to download the app to claim my reward for choosing you, but there's just been a big notice up for weeks saying 'Rewards is currently down'. This is really bad, bordering on illegal as you're still promoting the rewards to new customers. Please fix it.”
