“Got through all the questions, chose the company I wanted and then got the runaround ! I was taken back round all my choices for confirmation and was itching to get finished with my one-off payment. I COULD NOT FIND ANY MEANS OF PAYMENT, even after going all round the procedure twice more, and seeing the premium going up as the time passed. Finally I renewed with my current insurer, even though it was a bit more expensive, because it would go through automatically. Bill Irvine”

“Could have been 9 or 10, gave me a quote of £280, with Greggs coffee and £20 voucher, kept it on hold waited for my company renewal with same place came through ( Hastings Direct) which was £30 more , still a big saving on previous year , but thought I’d get another quote from confused and suddenly no Hastings quotes, so guessing it was a joint agreement to stop customers cancelling and rejoining with confused , which just seems like penny pinching, so a bit disappointed in the end”
