“Better quote than other comparison sites”

“I eventually got to speak to a human being after nearly 4 hours of trying to do the transaction on my phone by which time I was in tears . I wasted the whole morning on the phone whereas if I had been able to contact a human to begin with it could have been done in 5 minutes. I am elderly and do not understand the workings of a mobile phone (they do not come with instructions) as I live alone I have no one to help me, it was a totally traumatic experience.”

“What I really want to know is the type of customer experience. They offer. I want to be able to call a number from my phone and speak to someone. I don’t want to text a bot or send emails. That is what I need to know alongside the price.”

“Rubbish like AA who I had me insurance with before need to send NCB to Aviva spent so much time trying to do it and still can’t I recommend ringing around”

“It’s ok actually. Certainly, click “auto renew” off as soon as you get your policy sorted or you will pay double next year, and go back to Confused as necessary. Still waiting for my free coffee guys.”
