“Not sure who to blame. I filled in my form correctly. Went to the site and bought the insurance and it doesn’t mention what I documented so the insurance may need to be cancelled. No way of getting help from either party it can take days to get a reply. Very frustrated and perhaps need to cancel the policy. All that work for nothing and n one to talk to.”
