“Confuse was okay I guess but taking out the insurance that was hardest thing I done in years. Messaging a AI idiot then after repeating everything again bad chat again to agent by messenger, it took so long I rang another insurer and spoke to agent Direct”

“For some reason although I used Confused. Com last year with no problem this year they had all out of date info , address , car where it was kept overnight and did not show that I had a no fault claim in 2023 which when I spoke to any insurance company that showed a reasonable quote and corrected the details the price rose dramatically. So be careful that everything is correct on any quote they bring up”
