“Really really bad, I ordered a new car based on a great quote I received from confused. I didn't have the new reg number at time of getting the quote as it was a brand new car. On the day of collection, I put the reg number in and the quote went from £735 to £1191. The car was identical to the quote I obtained. I had no choice but to accept the quote as needed to drive the new car home. Based on this I can't recommend confused.com”
