Because we’re a comparison site and not your insurer, we’re unable to send your policy documents. Most insurers will send your policy documents digitally, so it's best to check in your email inbox. If the documents have been posted, they're normally sent the next working day and can take up to 7 days to arrive. If you haven't received your documents within 7 days, contact your insurer and they should be able to resend them. Still can't find your policy documents? “I filled in my questionair to get my insurance quote ,Confused came back with a most competative quote from YOGA insurance which itook up , when i read my policy there was no mention of my two named drivers , I contacted YOGA who were most unhelpful and they wanted £150 extra to insure my named drivers and insisted that Confused had not forwarded any named drivers for my quote , YOGA told me to contact Confused which i did who told me to contact Yoga , It looks like i will be contacting the insurance omnibusman .”
