“If it says you can buy Insurance at a price that is proclaimed on the screen, then why is it when you are asked to telephone to purchase, they come back with a quote / price totally different ( and more expensive) than you had agreed to buy ?. Its misleading and plain wrong.”

“When my car insurance renewal quote was received, I went onto confused.com to see if I could get a cheaper one. I took the cheapest one available. One week later confused.com sent me an email with quotes attached which were £600 cheaper, but I had already bought the insurance so could not use them. \how could this happen? Appalling.”
