“It worked well and I did save on my car insurance. However, although a reward card was heavily advertised, there was no clear way of getting the reward so I don't have it. I feel cheated by this. You offered something that wasn't readily avaliable and I didn't get. It would be better if you took that off altogether and not teasing with it.”
