“Freezer thermometers arrived actually 1 day earlier than I expected they work exceptionally well. The review I wrote earlier was not good this is because I was asked to comment before the goods had arrived. The team at complete safety jumped on this and within 10 minutes had got in touch with me explaining that the goods were in transit, I was really impressed by the way they contacted me and bent over backwards to assure me that all was good very quick very customer orientated I will certainly be using complete care again.”

Hi Stuart, Thank you for the feedback and we are sorry you are not 100% satisfied with our service so far. There was a slight delay in dispatching your Hi Vis Polo Shirt due to high demand. We are sure that once it’s delivered that you will be happy with the quality. We should have notified you sooner of this delay so as a gesture of goodwill we will refund you the full cost of delivery today.
