“Nice HP Renew product HP Envy laptop 17", unfortunately it came with a dead battery. The return and replacement procedure was very professionaly handled by Kyle. The replacement is fine and has updated itself to the latest windows version. Only a week was lost. I have not had time or reason to find out how the HP guarantee process works. That seems to be a bit convoluted.”

“Compadvance has very good aftersales service that kept me informed of when to expect delivery. My keyboard arrived faulty and Kyle, who was very professional, organised a replacement keyboard straight away. I am very happy with the HP all-in-one computer purchased but would have given 5 stars had I not found the same model being sold cheaper.”

“The product was as advertised however the packaging wasn’t sufficient to survive the delivery process. The box was hanging out of the paper that it had been put in and the box was battered, which was a shame as it was a gift for my son for his birthday. It also took slightly longer than originally stated.”
