“I would have awarded 5 stars as the HP renew item was EXACTLY as described, they kept me in touch with the delivery all the way. only reason for 4 stars was that the warranty had not been cleared and started in August, not when i bought in December . HOWEVER a quick call to HP sorted that out so now I have also purchased the 3 year warranty(brilliant value @£25) that starts from the date I actually bought the product. Would recommend this seller.”

“I am so happy with the computer. It is not as described because the description said that the computer have 8gb ram but what I received has 16 gb ram. I want to give five out of five. However, I received a lot of spam messages which is finding Tanya or Bruce who I don't really know who are day. I don't know what happened to my phone number but the spamming messages is not stop. I am disappointed to the personal informations disclose to the other people therefore I have to minus one star. But overall I am satisfied with the product. But I recommend to not use your own frequently used number.”

“I bought an ASUS ROG PG279Q for a heavily discounted rate, as it was already opened (although the monitor itself was described as "new"). I was pretty nervous because a) some reviewers had been very critical of Compadvance, and b) I was uncertain of the quality of the product, as it had already been opened. Fortunately, I ended up having a very good experience with them. The website had photos of the actual monitor (not just product photos) and had a close-up shot of minor cosmetic scratches (barely noticeable) which reassured me of what I would actually be getting from them. However, considering this damage, I would have preferred if they had not sued the word "new", as even though the monitor was overall in very good shape, and it may never have been used before, it doesn't exactly 'feel' new. Delivery of the product itself went very smoothly. I was constantly kept up to date as to it's whereabouts via email and text, and it was delivered not only on time, but on the very next day, despite not having requested express delivery. Very impressed with the delivery of product overall. The monitor itself as I said before is in very good condition, minus a single barely noticeable scratch on the corner which I was already aware of. I did note that a Display Port and HDMI Port were NOT included, despite the fact that this monitor ships with both these in the box when bought brand new. While Compadvance did say that this monitor came with "no accessories" on the website, I wish they had been more clear about this, and it does feel a bit of an underhanded trick, although both cables were easy enough to source on my own. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by Compadvance; they're not perfect - describing a product as 'new' despite minor damage and missing cables are big minus points - but overall I was worried that it would be a lot worse; the actual-product photos and description of the item's condition were (mostly) accurate and reassuring, and delivery was on-point and well handled.”

“I've bought a refurbished hp spectre notebook and it so far appears as good as new. I had my fears (must admit) that something could be wrong, but fortunately all was fine. Computer looked untouched, even though the packing was not top notch (large, ugly hp cardboard box that could accommodate 3-4 notebooks. Minus one star = Since it went out of EU, I was hoping that VAT would be deducted or at least hidden from the invoice so I don't pay import tax and local VAT upon UK VAT. The invoice was altered in a way to show UK VAT as additional shipping cost, but it didn't help since shipping is included in total taxable cost. Minus second star = I've asked for an AC PLUG that would work in continental Europe. Instead I've got alternative (but stil original hp) CHARGER that is not as portable or as beautiful as the one that originally goes with this product. Had I known it would be the case, I would have preferred the other one even with the U.K. plug (and would have used the converter instead). The bottom line is, the seller deserves respect for good communication, fast shipment and quality product. Would recommend them to a friend!”
