“The HP desktop arrived very rapidly, in good condition and as described. Price was very competitive. Felt that packing might have been a little more secure but as it arrived in sound condition I guess it was packed just well enough. There was a great lack of any documentation with the item, no quick start guide which indications suggested there should have been.”

“Deleivered exactly as described. It was a little complicated purchasing the additional carepack, but got there in the end. Had a problem with the fan after a few months, but quickly fixed under warantee. Thanks. The carepack pick up and return repair service was excellent.”

“I ordered toner cartridges for next day delivery, but these did not arrive over the next two days, apparently lost by the courier. On phoning Compadvance, they were very helpful and immediately sent a replacement, which arrived the next day. Good customer service.”

“Great service, very helpful. I received the laptop on time - works great except that it has a bad pixel I didn't know about. I didn't bother with a complaint, because I read that HP computers can have up to 2 bad pixels or so. Not that big of a deal for me, just would prefer to know in advance in case I bought it for a gift.”

“Firstly a good price for a good product. The HP computer that I bought is to a great specification (i7 with 16gb RAM, just what I wanted and I am very happy with it. The delivery was fantastic, very quick and great communication. The only downside is that it is a Swiss keyboard, not quite the same as the UK but I just swapped over a couple of key tops and it is fine for me. Would buy again with hesitation”
