“Although the printer appears to work as expected I was a little disappointed that no one had made any attempt to make the unit look clean and free from dust even though it was a display unit. I have also attempted to find out if the colour and black cartridges are part filled or not. Perhaps some information on what to expect would have been good. Apart from my comments I am very pleased with the printer so far.”

“The service was fine. However, the laptop (HP Chromebook 14 with 3G) I bought was reconditioned which I wasn't expecting: my fault for not reading the details perhaps. The problem this caused was that the inbuilt sim card was still registered to the previous owner so could not be set up without lengthy calls over 8 days with the HP technical support team to re-set it. I wouldn't have bought a refurbished machine for this sort of reason. Otherwise the Chromebook is fine and postage from CompuServe fine.”

“A very good price and quick/secure delivery. Laptop works fine, exactly what I needed to run music software & store audio files. My one gripe is that it has a German keyboard, which takes a bit of getting used to - other than that, a good buy.”

“Great tablet and it does everything i exspected of it. Very good price, it was £25 cheaper than an identical one i'd previously bought for myself and delivery and packaging was great. However after enquiring about a problem i had with the set , which was, how to turn predictive text off, i was a little surprised to be told by you that you were'nt trained to answer that question. Never the less you did supply me with samsungs customer services email address and they sorted it out in seconds, other than that, thanks for the good service that you gave to me. - Bruce Meeks ( hartleyb0160 ).”
