I was positioned in the unknown due to no system update by Royal mail. Compadvance finally gave me information after several phone call attempts. The customer service provider Kyle dealt with the questions presented.

Service was excellent, but the PC was so slow. We had to have the very slow hard drive replaced and this now has a very acceptable speed.

The first machine I received was not as stated as it had a user account already active on the machine, I rang the company and they asked that I do a factory reset, I tried to do this but that failed half way through, hey then agreed to take the machine back and replace it while offering me a discount for my troubles, it took over a week I thing for them to arrange collection and deliver the new machine, I was very unsure about this machine but did install it and started to install my software and hardware, the machine started making a noise as if it was slowly speeding up the fan(s) this would then settle down and start again when installing software, this has settled down now now and only happens occasional, as for the warranty, when I registered the machine with HP they told me that there was only a couple of months left on the warranty and I should purchase a new one, when I asked the company they replied to my e mail saying that it does have the 1 year and not to worry about this. overall the PC works well, although for the amount of RAM it is sometimes very slow, it is not a gaming machine or super quick but it does do the job so far. I am not sure I like the small form of the machine as not able to add things like a graphics or sound card or extra USB card which is what I wanted to do. I never did receive any sort of compensation as I was promised. over all I would score the PC at 6/10

Got a HP spectre 360 for a very good price. The laptop is great but I used it only on a desk the first few weeks. After that noticed the lower lid is sticking out a bit and every time you open the laptop it pops out from one side. So guess there is some clip inside which is broken and haven't been discovered in the inspection.

The service was good but the product I ordered was slightly damaged. Wasn't worth sending it back.

Not quite as per Hp spec as it did not come with a first drive as a SSD mine came with a standard drive

The services are grate, but, i purchased a hp renew laptop with 8gb of ram and a9-3000 processor and i don't know why it ia hard to play crisis 3 even with all specs low, it is good for movies and music. Maybe it is not compadvance fault, maybe it's just hp

They didn't no send the Stylus (Pen) While I was ordering it was showing in the picture and in description nowhere it was described that it is withouth pen.

We are pleased with our purchase so far, although we are confused about whether we have a laptop or a notebook, we rang and spoke to the seller but were told they are the same... We were shocked about the lack of protection for the item in the package as the box was very mis- shaped when it arrived and the item could so easily have been very damaged in transit... Overall we would be happy to purchase from this seller in the future.

The article itself, an HP cash drawer, gives no reasons for complaint. However, the time between placing the order and the receipt of the item was definitely too long. The order date was 11th December and the pick-update of the parcel was 15th. It then took a full week before delivery in Belgium took place. We have ordered a fair number of articles from the UK and usually the time between ordering and receipt of an item is no more than 3 - 4 days. So, in short: - item is good - transport needs improvement, maybe a choice between a fast and normal/slow option

When you send out a pdf invoice to the buyer - ensure that the description of the item is something that can be recognised e.g. headphones and not a coded description.

I paid extra for express for 24 hour delivery, which actually took 48 hours, I realise that was the delivery company's fault, but I complained to you but did not receive an acknowledgement. JM
