I've been a Customer for quite some time now and never had an issue until recently. I ordered a Laptop for a new Customer and from the spec of the Laptop online stated it had 8GB of Ram as that was what my Customer asked for. Upon the quick arrival was found to have only 4GB of Memory. Sent numerous emails and phone calls only to say there was nothing they could do apart from sending it back. I also asked if they could send out a 8GB Memory stick, to no avail. This led me having to purchase a complete new stick elsewhere at a cost to myself of around £45. Not happy with the level of Customer care in this respect.

reason for buying phone was for NFC compatibility which your description confirmed this phone had,unfortunately it does not have NFC so am disappointed,but the phone is good otherwise..

Purchased pc from them on Ebay. Description said it was touch screen. Once arrived set it up, but wasn't . Contacted them for a partial refund as I splashed out extra for the touch screen feature. They took time to get back and didn't really get anywhere. They said due to little Profit margin won't be able to give such.

The computer was sold as a gaming PC however it is not possible to activate 2 controls at the same time, this limits actions like looking around. It's not possible to play Roblox studio properly and look around on it. It is not possible to download several games. The speaker is not very loud.

The price was great and service was good but the actual product although seemed great at first, has already had multiple issues - something I'd not expect from paying £800 for a laptop. The hard drive faulted so I had to completely reinstall windows and just recently the graphic device faulted and I had some trouble getting it working again (constant screen flashing).

Ordered a HP laptop. It came but the wifi wouldn't work when you are more than 8ft from the router. I have tried several times to contact the company but they have not responded. I have had to resolve myself by tethering another device and its fine. Other than this the laptop seems ok. Where is the aftersales support? - non existent. Never buy from here again.

product stopped working after 3 days. sellers customer service very poor told me to send it back to Logitech. I was told it would be quicker than returning to seller seller Logitech said it would take 12 working days plus two weekends. If you value reviews, please do not buy this product or deal with this seller.

As our returns policy requires the original order to be sent back before we can send out a replacement, we kindly provided the option of contacting Logitech as you needed this resolved as soon as possible. We had been assured by Logitech as we started selling these units that this would be a streamlined process. Nonetheless, the return was accepted after you informed us of this delay and a replacement was sent out on the same day that we received your faulty unit. We now have a few hundred happy customers who have purchased this product from our store, and we can only apologise for the rare and unfortunate issue you experienced. We received the product in good time but once we gave it to my daughter as her birthday present she noted that is was not charging. We did a check and the error told us the battery needed replacing. I emailed your company and so far have still received no response to getting this fixed. We are very disappointed as is my daughter who is doing her GCSES and needs it to be mobile for her revision.

The condition was listed as new but it was clearly opened and used. It was not supplied with the correct cable either. Communications was prompt when querying why delivery was taking so long. The product itself works fine though.
