“I bought a refurbished HP laptop. It arrived promptly. It was well-packed and in pristine condition. So far it has given flawless service. I haven't needed any support so haven't tested their customer-service. That is the only reason why I haven't awarded the fifth star.”

“Good service. The product, an MS Office 365 licence key, arrived on time and in good condition. Unfortunately, it wasn't straight forward to install, but that's solely Microsoft's fault.”

“Quick delivery and good service. A little difficult if you have no knowledge of computers to set up as without the correct date and time settings you couldn't register windows or do much of anything. Luckily I had some help but otherwise it could have been a long and expensive call. But otherwise I am very Happy with my laptop so far and but for the time settings issue would have given five stars.”

“Product supplied quickly and well packed. Haven't used it enough to know how well it works but first impressions are fine. My only doubt would be the page of conditions that came with it which, if enforceable, would exclude them from almost any liability if anything were to go wrong.”

“Good overall service, excellent communication throughout, and excellent courier service, as far as the actual product was concerned, not so thrilled you pay for what you get, although this item does work it had seen better days and ok if I was Rumanian it's a good job there are loads of pictures that are self explanatory, as this item is only a stop gap I am not too concerned.”

“Quick, straight forward process all at a good price for the laptop. One improvement would be to explain on the web site what the different grades stand for e.g. HP Gold, HP Silver etc, that would have saved a phone call to CompAdvance, that said all went smoothly and I am perfectly happy with the end result, well worth buying from them.”

“Good company to do business with. Fast delivery, ahead of what was promised. I bought a HP laptop from the Renew program which was in mint condition. Only issue was that it was not 100% reset to factory settings. Could have done with slightly more comprehensive technical specification on the website. Had to search elsewhere to verify some details.”

“Ordered my HP Split 2 on a Friday, could have had it delivered on the Monday but it wasn't convenient for me so re arranged delivery date to the Thursday and it arrived within a 1 hour delivery slot which was notified to me both by e mail and by text, brilliant service”
