Ordered 3 x GPU's. Initial purchase smooth and delivery fast. However, DPD left my parcel outside my front door in full view. comp Advance washed their hands after the delivery company advised they had left in a safe place. Outside my front door in full view is not safe and not a porch as per the DPD setting. Due a refund under the Consumer Rights Act but Comp Advance not playing ball. After service not good so would avoid at all costs as if there is a problem they will not rectify it. £900 out of pocket and now going to my card issuer and trading standards.

Been trying to purchase a gaming computer for approx 1 month. Delivery date keeps changing but eventually it arrives. After 1 month still awaiting for a reply from this company. If this is what it feels like to experience when trying to purchase a pc I certainly dont want to experience if I manage to purchase a pc and have issues. This company has a big "AWARE" sign round its neck. Purchase at your own risk as the warning signs are there for all

So far, the item is late so don't know what it's like yet. Not happy as it is a gift, and what should have been 2/3 day delivery is now 11 days and counting...

Absolutely disgraceful company. They are thieves liars and totally disgusting individuals at this company. I will NEVER use this company against risk of loosing more money for no service and pure lies from them. Emil and Kyle in particular are very good at misrepresenting this company and taking your money and refusing to respond to requests made under the Sale of Goods Act 1979. And when this is pointed out proceed to ignore you because they think they can get away with this. They break the law they refuse refunds and provide nothing when you request it. They are liars, yes Kyle and Emil YOU and Compadavace Ltd, you are thieves, you are an unfit company and a disgrace

First the delivery was 2 days late. And then the product I received was, with a wrong charger. I have email the support team but they have never replied to me back regarding the issue. Very poor service.

The poorest experience I’ve ever had ordering anything online (and I order a lot). I don’t like writing bad reviews. Like most, if not all other customers, I simply want good service and a good quality product. Then I can post a positive review. Simple. In this regard, Compadvance couldn’t be worse. Here’s the summary: I ordered an item. Email comes with confirmation of postage, but they clearly didn’t have the item in stock. They admitted this over the phone and apologised. They promised to send it to me via express mail immediately thereafter, but never did (despite asking for a tracking number dozens of times) and then fobbed me off with all kinds of stories about warehouses, suppliers, shippers, delays, etc. I asked for a refund. They haven’t paid me back. It’s been well over a month. How hard can it be to simply issue a refund and apology? I’ll be following this up legally.

The eBay page they sold me a Nokia 2.2 phone from clearly stated that it came with a finger print sensor but this was not true as i found out after the phone had arrived by post. That had been a decider factor in my buying the phone in the first place but alas I was let down.

Shocking service. Despite telling hem that the machine did not work within the warranty period they delayed repair until the warranty had expired then refused to help. Worst service. Thousands wasted on a broken machine.

Dear Qaisar , I have carefully checked your case to find out that you were offered warranty repair and troubleshooting steps while your item was just a few months old but you have refused to cooperate at that stage , than you have contacted us almost 2 years later asking for support when your laptop's warranty already expired, a long time ago . You gave us no chance to fix the problem when it was possible , now it is simply too late. We assumed that the laptop clearly worked for last two years if you decided not to go for our warranty repair when offered. I am sorry we cant help at this stage .

Bought an all in one HP computer costing £1200 in mid October 2017, had problems from day one, contacted Kyle from Compadvance and took his advice on updates, which did not solve the problem of the PC constanly crashing, I accepted his further suggestion and waited for ten days for a dongle to arrive from HP to put the PC back to factorty settings, not being computer literate I employed an IT engineer, after which the PC worked for a couple of days then started crashing again, by this time early November I discovered that Compadavance had taken a second payment for another £1200 from my credit card for the same item, this was eventually repaid after I contacted the Barclaycard, the problems continued and I employed a second IT engineer who was unable to resolve the issues. I then offered to buy another PC from Kyle offering a full payment and have hime credit me on the faulty unit on it's return, this he has declined only offering me a return to HP for repairs leaving me without a computedr for a further two weeks or more, he has since refused to phone me back on several occassions and returns any e mails very late with the result of me taking legal action. I have noticed that other customers have had similar issues.

Sent a totally defunct handset and refused to accept responsibility for the fact they are selling unworthy goods. Complete lack of response once this was raised. Wouldn't use again.

Ordered an RS815+ from Compadvance, seller sent a much lesser model RS815. Call Customer Service to advise of the mistake and got told they need to contact their warehouse to find out what happened and arrange for the correct unit be sent. Was advised that I would get a call back the same day, no call came. No response to the e-mail sent overnight. Had to call again the following day to be told that their ordering system was to blame and the website should not have had been showing the RS815+, but it as an RS815. Asked to speak to someone senior, as Customer Support unhelpful in resolving the issue. Have been stalled and delayed, had the phone put down on me while waiting to speak to someone more senior, now being told I have to wait 4 days as everyone is unavailable. In the meantime, I have a unit that I can't supply as part of the system to my client. Very, very poor. Will never use again.

A month and a half ago we purchased a projector from them. It was described as an out of the package, new, undamaged and tested SVGA projector. When arrived the projector was not working. I contacted them and they claimed it was tested and advised that I contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer picked up the projector and found out it was broken on the inside, and faulty. They then shipped us a new unit, but then also notified us that the UNIT in fact does not not support SVGA. I then contracted Compuadvance, who have been stalling over over a month and a half with unsigned email with vague answers and no progress. They have my money for selling a product that was faulty and not as described. I demanded to return the product or replace it with a product that fits the description, but compuadvance is still doing nothing about it besides making excuses like "I will ask the manager", The manager is travelling outside at the moment" and so on, trying to charge me extra for replacing the product for an older model that supports the features as described, ignoring the time wasted and what I went through.

Same experience as the last reviewer. Bought an item that was on offer. Haven't heard anything from the company and once I checked that order status I saw my order was cancelled. No communication from the company at all. Poor service. Will not be ordering anything from them going forward.

Thats the same story as bellow indeed. This was an unilateral mistake which as stated recently in our emails to all customers , has been made due to an system error. Reasonable person would distinguish such an error immediately when the buy it now price for the same brand new product every else on the market is 4 times higher. We have apologized for this mistake and refunded money immediately. Please be assured that we are continuously working to eliminate similar issues in the future. Hope this would explain whats happen .

I saw what looked like a very good price for a graphics card on their website. There website showed 2 in stock and I placed an order. After placing my order the website showed 1 in stock and I received confirmation that my order had been accepted. I know the website continued to show 1 in stock for a least a day after my order as I showed a colleague at work but soon after it went ‘out of stock’. After 4 days when I had not received notification that my order had been dispatched so I sent them a message via their website. They did responded quickly but only to tell me that my graphic card was no longer available and that my order would be cancelled. They hadn't charged my credit card so no problems there. I'm not sure if they ever had these graphic cards at what appeared to be a very good price or it is just a way to get people to go to their website.

You have purchased one of our Clearance items. All those items have a great price so are highly demanded by the customers. Unfortunately all those units are being tested and shipped from our clearance warehouse so for that reason we have no direct control over it. Clearance stock list can be uploaded manually only, once a day so there is big possibility that such a unit might be already taken , generates a fault or reserved for another customer but will still remains on the website. Obviously you can find appropriate info on the product page to avoid any disappointments. Your product as well as the other unit were already reserved for someone else but remains on stock for couple more days as part of bigger order. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused , add this item to you watch list so you would be notified when it arrives on stock once again. I will do all I can to allocate this unit for you. Thanks for your understanding and sharing your feedback on reviews.co.uk Its much appreciated Emil Compadvance Ltd

Awful. The speakers I bought were advertised as having a two year warranty (I still have the box with the stickers saying two year warranty on). They have completely stopped working, and it has taken an extraordinary number of emails only for them to tell me that the product only comes with a one year warranty, and so they will not do anything about the poor quality item they sold me. I would not recommend buying from them, pay a little more and deal with a competent company who won't be so hard to deal with, and won't sell based on false information.

Item came with European plug despite emphasising on the website that all items were from UK stock. It would appear that this actually means UK stock of European market products I would not use this company again
