Staff: polite and helpful. Communication: I should have liked, when I made the appointment, to be told I would have to wait 45 minutes for a lift home. The person who gave the lift was very friendly, however.

I was rung to say my car was ready. When I arrived about 45 minutes later, the car still needed a wash and vac. I decided not wait.

Booked me in to fix car issue very quickly. Gave me courtesy car and resolved issue on same day. I value the fact that Colin appleyard kept me on the road with limited hassle

Seamless service. Car collected from home, serviced and returned washed and vacuumed. Friendly and professional young man collected the car.

Now things are almost sorted out with the manager from the Huddersfield branch, we just have to wait till normal service resumes with the full 5* usual service. Once that small item is taken care of then we will be satisfied once again, giving us thought to use them again when we do change car again, that'll be car 6 from them then.. Chris was the dissatisfied customer but now a lot happier..

Because everything was ok with a minor service But... the spate tyre was not checked, and this is important, especially as a woman travelling alone, should I need to change a tyre Therefore disappointed Also, a comment that the steering shaft is knocking, with no remedy suggested ... the Customer needs to know what this fault means for the future

Our car took three weeks to mend. Apologies given but in my opinion not sincere. Hope car is now ok, valeting poor, outside ok but inside not and the boot no touch at all.

Have used this particular garage for over 16 years. It had had different companies running it, but the staff are always helpful. Find it the best place for Nissan service. Easy to get to too.

Car was a good price. Dean was pleasant and businesslike throughout. Seemed very well organised and the car was handed over very smoothly. Only shame was the hard sell (not by Dean) after we'd agreed to buy the car - on finance especially. This was really off-putting and a shame - because everything else was good.

Friendly efficient service following an unexpected mot failure. Transport home and back to collect car given without any fuss. Problem explained in laymans terms for easier understanding. Thanks for cleaning it too. Only draw back was the waiting area was very cold.

Efficient. They did what was asked and more. Loan car very easy to organise. I picked up my car which had been cleaned as well. Result!!! Free lifetimes MOT'S as well

Car was well serviced and cleaned. However, despite me checking during the day, I wasn't informed that the car was ready for collection. When I called at about 1745, I was told that the servicing bay was shut. On collection the next morning, the contents of the glove compartment were left on the passenger seat for no discernible reason. Room for improvement I'd say.
