Servicing repairs good labor rates too much more like London rates

Recently bought a used suzuki ignis from the branch in Keighley. Friendly knowledgeable staff, no high pressure tactics, great service - would happily recommend or use again.

Great service as usual. MOT also charged as no longer free for as long as I have the vehicle, as promised when purchased. Disappointed they stopped that. Also prefer paying with cash, card only now. But very happy with the work and personnel at Suzuki.

We bought a car from this dealer and was promised a free M.O.T. for each year we owned the car and had the work done with them. Only to find out this year they has renagued on the promise.

Service and MOT both carried out fine even though I had to wait for an extra 2 hrs from time car was promised. I was also promised a call with reference to a valuation on my present car for the following day which has not materialised. Regards Trevor Rhodes

Hi Trevor, Thank you very much for your review. It's nice to know the Service and MOT was carried out fine on your Suzuki S-Cross and we do apologise that the collection time was in-correct. We had the vehicle down to be ready for 16:00pm and it was collected at 15:20pm, once again if this was in-correct, please accept our appologies. We have tried to call several times in relation to the valuation on your vehicle but have been un-successful. Staffs at ColinAppleyard (Canal Road, Bradford) are approachable & accommodating. I was late for my appointment due to school activities but they kept my servicing appointment for me. Thanks. Hope my car will be running smoothly as it’s when it was brand new. More power to the whole team!!!

Mike was very friendly and it made it easy to buy my new car. I even got chocolates, a tote bag and a keyring which was a nice touch. Would recommend.

The service carried out was fine. No wash this time but I understand why. Need to understand what they need to do to check customer driving licence details online. They shouldn't be asking for NI numbers, this is breaching data protection rules. Do your home work. Last 8 digits of DL number and check code only.
