Very helpful staff and very good service, the car developed a fault when they first tried to deliver it and it was returned, rectified and test driven to ensure it was all in good working order. The car which I bought over the telephone without seeing was as described and well prepped. I would recomment this dealership. Many thanks.

I found the salesman very pleasant to deal with as always I’ve been with Suzuki going on 19 / 20 years but this time nothing impressed me with the deal I went with my vitara worth around £9.000 but the four suggested offers appeared to show I was only getting about £3.000 for it so obviously I’m not interested so I will pay the PCP deal of £4.000 and keep the car

The salesman, Steve was very helpful and not at all pushy. The part exchange price he gave us was excellent compared to another price we had.

Service and valet 25th April 2019 at Bradford branch."HOW DID WE DO"card gave an Email address which could not be contacted by Microsoft.Sorry to say not upto normally high standard;-Wheels not cleaned properly.Cracks between treads of FNS tyre not reported.But really appreciate "Pick up and bring back service".

Good service,got me in without delay, slight hickup sending video of health check to my wife not me, good job we are still together need to sharpen up no point leaving my details if they are not used

Just bought our 6th Suzuki from Colin Appleyard's In Keigthley. Wonderful attention and service from all the staff, from sales,service, and valet of the car. The Swift is 2 years old but looks like new, we are so pleased. Suzuki never fail to deliver outstanding reliability and excellent value for money. Colin Appleyard's attention to customers is 1st class. Best dealership in Yorkshire, that's why we have bought cars time and again,from them.

Very happy with the car not so happy when finance was declined no other options were offered to me I was the one doing the chasing I would have thought colin appleyard would have made more of an effort to sell me the car

Picked up our new swift yesterday. Effortless transition from one vehicle to the next. New one looks stunning so the wife is very happy and a bix of chocolates thrown in too. Excellent service from beginning to end. Thanks.

ian in bradford did a very good job selling me a car .every thing was on time ,car ready when i went to pick it up.only thing i would say is please check it over better some bits were missing but sorted out .

Unlike other customers after our service we had the outside washed but the inside was not touched... Don’t know why.

Hi Mr. & Mrs. Ferguson, I believe Paul our service manager has now been in touch with you, with regards to your car interior. As he explained on the phone, your car received a courtesy "wash and vac" after your service but it wasn't booked in for a full valet which would include cleaning the windows as you mentioned to him. I hope this clears things up for you, and we look forward to seeing you back in the future.

went to huddersfield first not very good at all would mark them 0,then went to bradford met ian and very happy with him.the car is ok and the service i got from bradford was first class.

Welcomed with a smile and happy faces. Everyone very helpful. Unfortunately I did not achieve my abject due to miss understand of what was requested or required as the cost facts and fault finding history of my vehicles was not available from previous records eg how can you justify and say no fault when your car Nissan Note been fully seviced is only doing 260 miles from £45. Fuel. Previous 350 miles with same amount.The car is only 3 years old with 30 thousand miles.
