“Long story short, I purchased a pair of William semi brogue Oxfords in size 12.5 Mueseum Brown that were not stock, and it took longer than the quoted couple months lead time to get them in, and I wound up picking the Richard in Museum Oxblood instead. I'm absolutely not upset at all. I can only imagine how difficult it is to do small batch production of odd sized shoes, and getting in special leathers sourced across Europe. They communicated very well with me, and included some extras because of my wait. I was treated like a valued person, rather than like a number or a peon, like what has happened with some large companies. The shoes and belt are gorgeous. They're absolutely stunning, and I just love to stare at them and the fiddleback waist. It was well worth the wait, and they're an amazing shoe for the price.
