“I have used CLS for years and their service is always excellent. They always find me great rates and the process is extremely easy. Their price is better than anyone local to me and offer a better service even though they are over 4 hours away from me. Every member of staff is friendly and can't do enough for me. “Emma and Charlotte has been amazing throughout. It's not been an easy journey with alot of supporting documents requested by underwriters. “Both Steve and Gemma have been super friendly and helpful throughout the process, and I felt like I was talking to genuine people, who had my genuine best interests in mind. They have been quick in their responses to ensure I got my mortgage through as quickly as possible. I think the CLS money app is a great way for easy two way communication that doesn’t get missed.”

“Amy Randall from CLS is absolutely amazing! She was the friend I needed through a process that was completely alien to me as well as maintaining a highly professional service - she checked in pretty much every day with updates and to make sure I was happy. I really cannot recommend highly enough and my experience was an absolute pleasure. Everyone I previously spoke to before Amy took over my case was equally helpful and they offer an extremely high level of Customer Care and Service. They found me the best deal on my Mortgage and tailored everything to my own needs. “Literally cannot praise CLS enough. We tried three mortgage advisors before CLS, all of which said that they weren't able to get us a mortgage with a high street lender. CLS (specifically Ellis) managed to get us one straight away. We were so on edge from previous mortgage advisors comments that we were so close to not even going through with the mortgage application but I am so glad we did! Massive thank you to all at CLS who helped us, and especially Ellis; Amy & Shannon. Amazing team members who were always so happy to offer support, we are so appreciative of everything you've done for us. Thank you!”

“What a brilliant company. Angela Little and Gemma were superb in getting me a mortgage. I felt very nurtured through the whole process and really felt they had my back. “Three brokers that advertise in helping home owners with poor credit remortgage said they couldn't help. When I was about to give up, I answered a call from Frankie; she had a lender that was able to help, she was quick, clear and professional. Once we agreed to the proposed lender in comes Emma who was just a professional and supportive. We've received a mortgage offer within 2 weeks of initial call. Now we are out of mortgage jail and can start rebuilding our credit and start living. Thank you ladies you have changed our lives, you're amazing!!!!”

“CLS have been amazing. So professional and very friendly with great customer service Found me a great deal and had it all approved within a few days. Everyone I dealt with at CLS was extremely friendly and helpful but Tom who took the initial enquiry and then Shannon who helped with the processing really stood out they were both amazing. It’s not very often that you get such great and consistent service now days but CLS we’re brilliant and I was so impressed and would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a mortgage.”

“If I could give CLS a 10 Star review I would! I hesitantly applied for a re-mortgage on my rented property and I didn't hold out much hope of getting it. I previously applied through Lloyds and was rejected due to affordability. My credit score is excellent but Lloyds still rejected my application. I felt frustrated until I came across CLS on the Internet. I finally found the courage to give them a ring and I spoke to James Oakley. James was very confident in finding me a re mortgage deal although I wasn't! He assigned me to one mortgage broker who however declined my application. He informed me that he would find me another deal. A few days later James rang to say he had found another lender who's APR was a little higher due to my affordability. I was still expecting my application to be declined but I recieved a call from James first thing this morning telling me that my new application had been granted! I am absolutely thrilled to bits as CLS has gone beyond their duty to find me a re-mortgage deal! Their attitude is second to none and I cant thank James, Victoria and Gemma enough! They have been amazing throughout this application! I thought their 5 star reviews were a bit too good to be true but they really aren't! I would definately recommend this company to friends and family! Thank you CLS, your staff are worth their weight in Gold! Your service is impeccable! Another happy customer! D.MC”

“Things were looking extremely bleak for me and my partner - we tried so many places for a mortgage and were turned away over and over again. Fortunately, CLS were able to help and even got us our mortgage on a very short timescale. We wouldn’t have our house if it wasn’t for Jamie and Emma. Highly recommended if you are in a pinch!”
