“With all the stresses of moving, finding the perfect mortgage deal is at the top of the list . We approached CLS Money and so glad we did. From the offset we found the company to be extremely helpful and professional in their approach. Angela Little dealt with our case, and I must add she is a real gem and asset to CLS Money. Angela was not only charming to speak with but her knowledge, and professionalism really put our worries and stresses to ease . Angela, CLS Money, surprised us with their efficiency and secured us a great mortgage deal in principle that very same day. After finding our dream house Angela further successfully submitted our full mortgage offer and again her quickness to act and level of service provided was second to none. “After trying a few mortgage advisers and having no luck with getting a mortgage I thought I’d give CLS a call to see if they could help, our mortgage adviser at CLS was Tom who myself and my partner couldn’t thank enough for all his help and support through out the process. Tom was quick and efficient with everything he did for us, made things clear and understandable. Thank you again Tom we appreciate all your hard work!!:)”

“Great company, helped me get a mortgage with even with previous bad credit. Ryan has been extremely helpful explaining everything and managed to secure a better deal than originally proposed. “Having spoken to a few mortgage advisors and made lots of enquiries, I had made the decision to wait until next year and continue working on my bad credit. I was advised I wouldn’t get a mortgage until one of my defaults had dropped off. I received a call from Angela Little that evening… She could in my voice that I was defeated and assured me she was experienced in this field and it was her job to deal with such causes and could get me a mortgage! She was friendly, assertive and I thought it worth one last try! She understood my situation and put me forward to a lender whom she thought I stood a good chance of success with. Angela got my DIP and I eventually found the house I needed, within budget that would suit my family. The case was then passed onto Emma Mitchell who has pushed forward with the full application. She’s been on the case at every step, for each document that’s been required she has provided an update. There has been clarity on the whole process and optimism from both Angela and Emma when I had felt very anxious and sceptical! I have been informed that my mortgage application has been approved and currently waiting on the paperwork! Thank you both for your hard work!”

“I was fortunate to get Angela Little assigned to my interest only remortgage for a self employed contractor with just 2 months left on the current contract. Great advice, knowledge of the market and know-how to get the best deal possible. Angela is a battle-hardened mortgage specialist ably supported by Gemma Bentley. Nothing fazed them and I had every confidence that not only were they fighting my corner but there wasn’t a request or scenario that they’ve not previously come across and overcome. Very highly recommended.”

“This is the third time i have used CLS services and they have been fantastic and turned what could be a stressful experience into relatively stress free. “I was referred to CLS by OnlineMortgageAdvisor. I'm a fairly complicated case, but CLS made the whole process from start to mortgage offer quick and painless. I want to especially call out Angela Little and Emma Mitchell for their work throughout. They were both friendly and helpful, calling when they said they would and doing what they said they'd do. From the start Angela gave me all the information I needed about what was available for my situation, and she was very aware of the criteria of the various lenders. Everything from the timeline she initially outlined from before the decision in principal through to the final interest rates were spot on. Emma kept me fully up to date with the process of the full mortgage application as it went along, again giving me super accurate timescales. She was a big help with compiling the various information the lender needed for my application. Can't say enough positive things about CLS, the turnaround from the official offer on the property I found, to the mortgage offer from the lender was as quick as I could have hoped for.”

“I came across CLS through a Google search and after reading the reviews decided to make some enquiries. Ryan was appointed to arrange my mortgage and he service he has provided along with the rest of the team has been second to none. Ryan and his colleagues have been professional throughout and managed to find me a deal and get the ball rolling and get me an agreement in principle within 17 days...and now just over 1 month later I have my full mortgage offer! I cannot rate this company enough. The customer servive and organisation within the company is fantastic. I am very impressed and would highly recommend CLS for a first class expert service. “Wonderful company, got our deal sorted quickly, communication is brilliant and they keep you informed every step of the way. They put us in touch with a solicitor, surveyor and got everything sorted for us. They actually listened to what we needed and found a mortgage which reflects our needs. “Amazing experience , application to offer 4 weeks . We had fantastic service from start to finish from Jamie Selby and Emma Mitchell both kept us updated throughout the whole process, nothing was to much trouble explained what was needed and when . Weekly calls were informative . It was great to have happy bubbly people at the end of the phone always happy to support update . Really made us confident from start to finish it was all doable .
