“Steve Wand and his team were amazing. They have taken the pain and confusion away from the process of buying our first property. They have managed to get us the best mortgage and insurance deals specifically tailored to our circumstances and have managed to sort an even better mortgage deal even after one was already approved. As we were busy with work, they have taken the responsibility in chasing everything for us so we were on course all the time. Fantastic service throughout.”

“I dealt with James Alabaster earlier today and I'm amazed at the quality of the advice I've received. I've dealt with a few "Advisers" in the past few months and all have been shockingly poor and most unwilling to actually advise and are obviously only interested in making easy money. James we well spoken, polite, clearly knowledgeable and was a consummate professional. I highly recommend this company, based solely on a 13 minute phone call with James. I very much look forward to dealing with them again.”

“CLS money have been excellent from the very beginning. We originally went through another broker who could not secure us a mortgage on a difficult property. However CLS went above and beyond to get us a deal we were happy with. They were easy to get in contact with and very knowledgable in their space. I would highly recommend them to others.
