“Amy kept me informed throughout the process, even when some legal issues were raised Amy and the team at CLS supported me liaising with my solicitor. Would always use CLS they found me a great mortgage deal tailored to what I needed. Thank you CLS👍”

“Paul was so professional and friendly from day one. We were in a difficult situation with regards to getting a mortgage and he made it painless and put our minds at rest. He was very patient with us and the communication was great. Emma and Amy, you were wonderful too, Thankyou both for helping us get the mortgage/house we wanted. We really can’t thank you all enough.”

“Amy has been amazing throughout my whole mortgage process. So helpful and reassuring. it became a very difficult process at times but she was always there for us answering any questions We had. If a problem (And there where many) appeared she worked so hard to get it sorted so we could move forward. Always happy on the phone and very well spoken. In fact the whole company did their up most for us and we are forever grateful”

“After being let down by another firm - I approached James after a recommendation and the service I have been given since has been fantastic. James provided options within a day of our initial discussion and 2 weeks later I have a mortgage offer in place.
