“Buying a house is wonderful as it is stressful. The whole team at Cls was magnificent from the 1st phone call up to now when we are almost there! Special thanks to James Alabaster , Nicky , Amy and the whole team for always re-assuring us and giving us updates. They also gave us best deals for life insurance as well as home insurance. “CLS provided a fantastic service from beginning to end. In particular I was impressed with the professional and friendly service that they provided. I had a very precise set of requirements and I was sceptical that an appropriate product could be found, but the broker quickly identified the best option for me, that suited all my needs and was a very good deal in its own right. The team that help take care of the application once an appropriate product has been found were equally fantastic - they were very attentive and quick to help where necessary. The world of mortgages can be very confusing but everyone I spoke with was very willing to explain any concepts or ideas in simple terms so that I could understand. I believe that CLS genuinely care about getting the best deal for their customers and I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best deal they can get - especially with niche requirements.”

“I was recommended CLS Money by a friend who had spoken really highly of them so I had relativity high expections. After just completing my first property purchase I can say that they did not disappoint. My first meeting was with Paul Merrett who gave clear, concise advice and found me a mortgage which catered to my personal needs. After retreiveing the mortgage offer, and during the conveyencing period, even though I didn’t opt to use their recommended solicitor, Amy their Client Relationship executive would check up on progress every week to make sure things were running smoothly and purchase was complete. So all round very happy, will definantly be working with them again in the near future.”

“After having my time wasted by another broker for 2 months I was told he couldn’t place my mortgage with any lender meaning I nearly lost out on a new build property I had paid a reservation fee for. This was after paying out money and having a survey done. I spoke to Clayton on a Saturday and by the Thursday the survey had been done and I had my mortgage offer. Fantastic team, thank you.”

“Fantastic from start to finish. We had our main point of contact, when he wasn't available we spoke to several other people, who all had knowledge of our case so could answer our questions promptly. Comminucation is key in the stressful times of moving House. Also continually chased solicitors on our behalf. Would highly recommend CLS.”
