“CLS have been like no other broker I’ve used before. They’re advice has been greatly appreciated and given to meet our individual needs. “This was the broker who did not stutter, cough, mumble or flinch from finding a mortgage for a 75 and 69 year old pair. Several other brokers offering later life mortgages did not do what it said on the tin! From an initial enquiry to determine if a mortgage was possible, then establishing what was actually needed, our broker found us a good deal, but later kept looking and came back with a much better deal. When our criteria changed with a change of purchase, this was dealt with patiently. Worth noting the structure of the CLS approach: the broker finds the mortgage to an offer in principle, a second then handles the application and paperwork for the formal offer, then finally a third colleague monitors the legal process to completion. We have no hesitation in recommending CLS for your financial needs.”
