James was a great help with discussing our financial situation and mortgage requirements, he was very knowledgeable and we felt we were in good hands when being advised on the different mortgage products available to us. Joanne was brilliant at following the process through to completion and again, it was re-assuring to know we had her at the end of the phone if we had any questions along the way. The fee is a small price to pay for the peace of mind and support when making such an important decision.”
