“I can't praise CLS enough for the help they gave me in buying my home and not just getting me a great deal on a mortgage they helped me with the whole process and was always on the end of a phone. A big special thanks though to Paul Merrett and Joanne Bean for everything they did for me. I would recommend CLS to anyone who needs help finding a mortgage and would definitely use them again in the future. Natalie”

“I used the team via the blue light card for free and was still treated very well. Excellent communication at each stage without being over powering. Each person I spoke with was really good and I have would recommend the team. The blue light card option needs to be advertised more and utilised more. Last time I paid £500 for what I got this time.”

“Was a bit unsure at first about using a Mortgage Broker, but when reading the reviews online decided to use CLS. James Courtenay, made the whole mortgage process pain free and easy, the service he provided was Fantastic, any questions we had James came back and answered quickly, we was updated regularly with regards to the application. A* Service from James Courtenay and would highly recommend, will be back in contact when Mortgage needs changing, Thanks Mr & Mrs Beechey”
