“Everyone involved was absolutely brilliant. Completely understood our circumstances and worked tirelessly to ensure we got the mortgage over the line. In particular the aftercare has been spectacular by Emma Mitchell. She has been nothing short of brilliant throughout the process. “This was my first purchase and having dealt with Gemma and Clayton the whole process was so easy. They were easy to talk to and were always available if I had any questions. “Communication during the remortgage process has been excellent. I have been kept updated every step of the way and always felt that, if I had a query, it would be answered quickly and with no prevarication.
