“We thought there was no way of getting our mortgage but cls money got it all done for us in 5 weeks great work from Paul and Emma I would recommend this company to anybody great communication of all the team.”

“First of all, we was met by Gemma who was so polite and professional and put us at ease straight away. She comprehensively went through all the different options available and was generally a really helpful person. Also, we have dealt with Harley who again has been brilliant and in general terms the service from CLS from start to finish is A1. I run my own business and I do not really have the time to be dealing with problems and CLS have made the whole experience effortless. We will most definitely recommend them to our family and friends and would not hesitate, if we require financial assistance in the future, to make CLS our first port of call.”

“Well we finally came out the other end..... i cannot thank Fraser Downing and Harley Kimber enough..... we have been at this process for so long i never thought we would see the light. i have never spoken to two people with such fantastic customer service. i literally had their number on speed dial i would literally call every day and although i was probably killing a brain cell every time i called they were both brilliant... even when i would get arsey for no fault of their own just the stress of the unknown. they would tell me the full process over and over again... i feel like people like these pair are hard to find with such professionalism, understanding, efficiency and unbelievable customer service... i actually feel like they liked their job which in some people.... the minute your on the phone you can tell if they like it or they dont... From start to finish you were both brilliant cannot thank you enough for the work you put in and being my ear to vent. with the biggest thanks massive smiles and a happy husband thank you Karis & Luke mainly karis luke didnt deal with anything hahah xxx”
