“After a recent experience with this company, I feel compelled to share my candid feedback to assist potential customers in making informed decisions. Regrettably, my encounter with this company left much to be desired. The level of diligence exhibited by the company fell short of expectations, as I encountered several errors throughout our interactions. Furthermore, the support provided was notably lacking, leaving me feeling unsupported and frustrated. In light of these experiences, I strongly advise prospective customers to exercise caution and consider alternative options. The challenges I faced with this company underscore the importance of thoroughly researching and vetting service providers to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience. It is my hope that this review serves as a constructive critique, prompting the company to address areas that may be in need of improvement for the benefit of future customers.”

“The process of obtaining my first mortgage was very straight forward. I was looked after from day one. I was kept fully informed during the whole process, all questions were answered, help and advice were given whenever needed. All staff were very professional and caring. I would 100% recommend them and I will be using the service again when needed.”

“Was really pleased with the service and help I got from CLS money obtaining my first mortage as a first time buy. CLS money kept me thoroughly informed every step of the way and were they to respond to my queries. This with the help of the CLS app which meant while working full time I didn't have to keep calling them or worry about missing their calls. Initially I had chosen a home on a social housing estate and the first lender we went to wouldn't lend on it but CLS money soon found me another lender who would lend on it very quickly. In the end I decided to buy a different property and CLS also managed to secure me the second mortage offer at no extra cost. CLS handled every question and concern the lenders had and this took the stress away from me Would highly recommend their service. Thankyou to the mortage advisor Lauren, the case handler Megan and all the people from CLS who have helped me through the proccess and made it possible for me achieve this milestone!”

“I wanted to buy my council house and had absolutely no idea where to start with getting a mortgage. After a quick google search, I came across CLS money- and am I glad I did! I made an online enquiry and Kelly Stoneman replied within minutes. She spoke to me about the whole process and put my mind at ease about it. Kelly set to work in finding me a mortgage (which she did extremely quickly!) and kept me informed every step of the way. Within a week, I’d had a mortgage in principle! Kelly then continued to explain the next steps to me, and helped me to get to the next stage. Amelia Watson then worked alongside Kelly to help me achieve the mortgage offer. Both ladies kept me informed every single step of the way. Then I got the news I longed to hear- I got the offer! Now that I had the offer, it was time to find conveyance solicitors. Both Kelly and Amelia recommended in house companies, however I found my own, and they didn’t take any offence to that. Now it was time to be passed to the next department in my home buying journey. I was then passed onto the team which deals with making sure you have the right insurances when buying a house. Sophie Lebeze and Ellie-Anne Woolley both helped me to find the perfect home and life insurance policies for me. Sophie explained to me what I should be looking for in a buildings insurance, and even defaqto rated companies I found quotes for from online comparison sites. Ellie helped me find the best fitting life insurance policy for me and my family and explained the importance of it. After all this was completed, Amy Randall touched base every few weeks to see how the sale was progressing, and was making sure everything was set and in place ready for the big day. She would explain anything I didn’t understand from my Conveyancing Solicitors and really helped me through what I saw as a minefield. Overall, every person I have had a dealing with over the last few months has been absolutely amazing. I really cannot thank each woman personally enough. Today I have finally completed the sale that I never thought was possible and it’s down to CLS money. Thank you Kelly, Amelia, Sophie, Ellie-Anne and Amy for all your hard work. You made my dreams a reality. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“I had a very complicated situation to overcome when applying for the mortgage, and had no idea where to start. Gemma and Sian have been absolutely amazing and couldn't have been more helpful throughout - having contacted several mortgage advisors previously and being told I probably wouldn't be able to do it, I now have a mortgage offer. They talked me through the whole process and we happy to answer any of my questions, of which there were a lot to say the least. They have been quick and efficient, friendly and patience, and have kept me updated at every stage. Would definitely recommend CLS to anyone looking for a mortgage, especially if the circumstances are a little more complicated than the standard.”

“We have used CLS twice now and both times they have been fantastic. Both times we have been told by other brokers that it would not be doable and both time CLS have pulled it out of the bag. They are diligent and efficient and clearly know what they are doing. We were dealing with Melissa Woolley and Alice Brightly. Both were fantastic, but Melissa in particular who just made the whole process very easy and straight forward. Thanks again!”

“Good for finding the mortgage but the moment they had it sorted they started hounding us for payment. We hadn't even received the offer in writing and the accounts department were emailing and phoning. This went on and on even though we still hadn't received the offer. Quite cheeky staff too. Rude and condescending in the way they ask you for information. What could have been a really good experience was ruined by really poor customer service and a ridiculously aggressive accounts department.”
