“Caitlyn Clulow our mortgage advisor and the whole team at CLS Money worked hard to find us a remortgage that was specific to our needs. We had been rejected by our High Street bank and 2 other so called prominent providers. We went with CLS Money without much hope because of our experience with other Mortgage Brokers/Lenders. Through their Specialist Support we have managed to get a good 5 year fixed remortgage that wrapped all are financial outgoings into one payment that is now manageable. Giving us stability again and monthly disposable income. Communication was clear and prompt by both email and phone. Thanks again Mr & Mrs Heys.”

“Melissa Woolley assisted me with my remortgage - in a sensitive situation, I really felt she understood and truly wanted to help. “We used Chloe for our remortgage. CLS had originally arranged our first mortgage and Chloe rang us to say that our fixed term was ending. She managed to get us a good deal, it wasn't much difference in what we were paying originally but the rate was better. I am self-employed and found it difficult getting a mortgage and my partner had bad credit so we were quite difficult clients from the start. CLS managed to secure us a mortgage and also now a remortgage. They really do offer a brilliant and very professional service. They also go the extra mile. Seriously, I would not hesitate to recommend them, as it is possible to get a mortgage even when you are told you are either too old, self-employed or have bad credit!”

“I can not recommend Lauren H and Megan enough they were both so helpful in helping me gain my mortgage. Lauren was helpful and made something I never thought possible , possible. She was lovely and couldn’t help me enough to ensure I got the best deal . Megan was so informative and kept me up to date with my application, and made everything go smoothly. The level of professionalism, communication was unmatched from both of these ladies .Thank you so much Megan and Lauren I cannot thank you both enough.”

“CLS money were so helpful and efficiant,quick to reply and give info across. Made getting a mortgage and buying a house feel very easy and straight forward. Helped guide me towards amazing solicitors also. Have stayed in touch constantly through the whole process right through to completion. “We can’t thank Charlie and Lauren enough for their incredible support in securing our auction property. After speaking to so many brokers who either turned us away or tried to push us into taking out a bridging loan, Charlie immediately took a different approach and said, “Let’s make this work without needing to do that.” And that’s exactly what he did. Today, I’m sitting here writing this review after successfully securing our forever home, and we genuinely wouldn’t be in this position without Charlie’s belief, determination, and expertise. Both Charlie and Lauren were always so quick to respond, supportive throughout the entire process, and truly went above and beyond for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for brokers who genuinely care and will do everything they can to make things happen. We are going to have one very happy frenchie (Aura) running around her new garden!”
