“I didn’t think a google search would end up being such a positive outcome for me and my children. I made contact with CLS and the care from the start was amazing. I was supported by Caitlyn and Megan and don’t think thank you is enough for the support they gave me. They were always happy to help me, very professional and explained things to me and answered all the questions I had. I honestly cannot thank them enough and are a credit to their service and the fact that once my Mortgage is sorted and completed they will still be on hand throughout the journey and that level of service is fantastic. Highly recommend the service and such positive outcome for a negative credit rating.”

“Lauren, was very professional and knowledgable. Outstanding service from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for Lauren .She was very friendly. Lauren managed to find us a mortgage with a high street lender which due to our adverse credit in the past we would never have achieved on our own. All CLS staff were fab. “We could not recommend CLS money more. This is the third time we've used their services - once for our first home, then for when we renewed our mortgage there, and then finally for when we recently moved. On each occasion the service was impeccable. Melissa is a fantastic communicator and we love working with her. She actions matters really quickly and her correspondence is consistently clear and accurate. When you move house this is something you come to value greatly. Excellent service all round - I would have given more than five stars were it possible.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly can’t thank Frankie and Rhiannon at CLS enough. Having a CIFAS marker made getting a mortgage feel nearly impossible. I’d already tried two advisors—one my family had trusted for years, and another recommended by the estate agents—but neither could help me secure a deal. Out of sheer desperation, I turned to Google and found CLS. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first because some of the reviews weren’t great—but I’m so glad I took the chance. Frankie and Rhiannon went above and beyond not just for me, but for my whole family. They were understanding, professional, and relentless in finding a solution that worked. Against all odds, they got my mortgage approved when I genuinely thought all hope was lost. Their support meant the world to me, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone—especially if you’re facing challenges like I was. These two are absolute stars.”

“Katie dealt with our life insurance when we re mortgaged and gave me and my partner so many options , regarding what was covered down to affordability!
