“The help I got from Melissa and Holly at cls money was first class I could not be more happy, My knowledge of these things (mortgage and remortgageing) is very limited at best and I have been helped from the very start and made to feel that my best interest were all that mattered Melissa kept me informed of what was going on at every opportunity I honestly would not go anywhere else and I can not thank them enough”

“I can't imagine dealing with mortgages without using a broker again. CLS Money and my assigned broker Melissa have been amazing. Despite our not so perfect credit history, she was able to get us an amazing deal and take out all the headaches from the process. They did all the heavy lifting so we could relax knowing it was in safe and confident hands!”

“Charlie and Lauren are the dream team, you are not finding any one better. I contacted them couple months ago, struggled to find a property, then only middle of last month I contacted them to say I’d like to get the ball rolling as my offer was accepted on the 28.07.25 and I just received my full offer as there was some questions by the lenders etc but they still done it, they will go out there way to make sure it gets resolved. Charlie promised to make it work and he wasn’t lying. Please ask for Charlie and Lauren, the absolute dream team”

“Approached CLS Money after being turned away by a reputable broker who claimed our case was "too complicated" for them to handle. Jamie Simons answered the phone and immediately put us at ease telling us he would infact try his hardest to get us our dream home. Jamie was proactive from the start, he kept us informed always and we never felt we had been forgotten about. Our wishes were heard and even met in what we were looking for in a mortgage offer. Everyone at CLS Money was friendly, helpful and very informative about the different types of lenders they would approach on our behalf. We couldn't believe it when we finally received our DIP as buying a house finally felt real for us, and then to go onto us getting our mortgage offer! We could not recommend CLS Money enough, worth every penny and the extra time researching to find them! Thank you so much to everyone at CLS Money and to Jamie Simons for taking extra care of our family.”

“CLS Money has just completed my 3rd fixed rate mortgage. I initially approached CLS 6 years ago when I needed to move from an interest only mortgage back to a repayment mortgage but I had a poor credit score. This has now improved over the last few years and now able to secure a mortgage with a popular high street building society. CLS Money take away the pressure and stress when the current fixed rate is coming to an end.”

“Charlie and Lauren have gone above and beyond for us. They have been a delight to deal with, always so polite and cheerful and nothing is too much trouble. We have had to apply for two mortgages in the last six months, one was for house purchase which devastatingly fell through. We then had to apply for a remortgage to enable us to stay in our current home. Charlie and Lauren achieved mortgage offers for both , we are so incredibly grateful.”

“I recently got my new mortgage offer and I’m so delighted with the service I have received. Melissa Woolley was my mortgage advisor and she was incredible at her Job providing me with continuous support and advice throughout this stressful process. There were very tense moments that I seriously thought I might give up and not sell but with Melissa constantly keeping my updated me and providing me with her excellent advice , I’m now so happy to be looking forward to our new home .
