“I submitted an online enquiry as I was struggling to secure a mortgage myself, due to a low credit rating. Within 30 seconds I had received a call from CLS. I was then passed through to Lauren, who within an hour had taken my details, done her research, and then come back to me with a decision in principle - which was very a competitive rate, with manageable repayments! Within 24 hours the mortgage application had been submitted and I had a formal mortgage offer letter emailed over to me from the bank. Lauren and her team went over and above, they kept me updated at every stage and ultimately did exactly what I was hoping, in such a short space of time. Couldnt recommend them more - worth every penny!”

“The customer service could not be faltered it was brilliant. Let me know every stage of the process. They were there if I had any questions even the obvious things which I knew but doubted myself. The price was worth every penny not having to worry about anything they took all the worry away.”

“We was told by lots of people we would be unable to get a mortgage due to our circumstances, however after speaking with Joshua Weekes we will be buying our first home in a few weeks!
