“CLS money were so helpful and efficiant,quick to reply and give info across. Made getting a mortgage and buying a house feel very easy and straight forward. Helped guide me towards amazing solicitors also. Have stayed in touch constantly through the whole process right through to completion. I dealt mainly with Caitlyn,Megan and Chloe all of which were super professional and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend CLS money.”

“The CLS team was amazing from start to finish. Me and my partner never thought we was in the position to get a mortgage but after given our details to Charlie he found us a mortgage quickly and twice after our first house fell though. Thanks CLS”

“We can’t thank Charlie and Lauren enough for their incredible support in securing our auction property. After speaking to so many brokers who either turned us away or tried to push us into taking out a bridging loan, Charlie immediately took a different approach and said, “Let’s make this work without needing to do that.” And that’s exactly what he did. Today, I’m sitting here writing this review after successfully securing our forever home, and we genuinely wouldn’t be in this position without Charlie’s belief, determination, and expertise. Both Charlie and Lauren were always so quick to respond, supportive throughout the entire process, and truly went above and beyond for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for brokers who genuinely care and will do everything they can to make things happen. We are going to have one very happy frenchie (Aura) running around her new garden!”

“We can't thank CLS Money enough, they managed to arrange an interest only mortgage for us even though we both had a very poor credit rating and I'm in my 60's. Charlie, Lauren, Rachael, and all the team at CLS Money worked tirelessly to get our mortgage offer through in a couple of weeks, and the reassurance we now have that we can pay off debts that we owe and for the first time in nearly four years not be living with the constant threat of repossession of our home of 23 years means for once we can have a peaceful and enjoyable Christmas, thank you again all at CLS Money, we are forever in your debt.”

“A huge thank you to Charlie and Lauren for helping us secure our mortgage! We had been really disappointed after working with a mortgage broker we’d known for years, and we felt like our chances were slipping away. Then we found CLS Money, and everything changed. “Our knowledge of mortgages is limited to say the least but Melissa and chloe made the whole process easy from start to finish, always on hand at a moments notice to help and answer any questions we had, they went above and beyond to help us We can not recommend cls money highly enough and them 2 are a credit to the company If we could give them 6 stars we would and even that is not enough”

“Hey!!!!! What an outstanding service Frankie and Nicole had provided. The application goes in on a Friday, valuation done on the Tuesday and the offer gets issued on the same day. We were shocked on how quickly the girls pulled this off. We were getting declined through other brokers, but Frankie and Nicole, hats off to you both. And anyone else l highly recommend CLS.
