“James and Alice were a pleasure to do business with, they kept me up to date with current progress and made me feel confident throughout that purchasing my dream house was possible. They looked for the best deals for me and any questions I asked was dealt with promptly. They are friendly and approachable and I would recommend anyone looking for a professional broker to use CLS. “Couldn’t of had a better experience was so smooth from start to finish even when we thought we wouldn’t be able to get a Morgage and was stressed everyone else was so positive for us and was just amazing!!! “This is the 3rd time that we have used CLS money to mortgage our home. CLS have been brilliant at finding us mortgage lenders for our property, which is of non standard construction and high street lenders won’t even consider.
