“Cls and their staff made the process very easy from start to finish, we even had problems from our old mortgage lender that cls helped us out with.always at the end of the phone when needed, great value for money , highly recommend.”

“Everyone at CLS were extremely helpful at all times. Clayton discussed my options and secured a remortgage for me. My husband had died a short while before I rang CLS when I was feeling very unsure of my decision making but Clayton helped me every step of the way and relieved me of any pressure. I am truly grateful to him and his team.”

“As first time buyers there there was a lot of information we was unaware of and there was a lot of worrying, contacting CLS was the best thing we done as the took all the problems away and done everything for us finding the Cheapest mortgages around, they even found and put into place the best insurance policy's that suited our household. Great team and will definitely recommend!”

“All the people at CLS were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us with what turned into a rather long process. As first time buyers we didn't always know what the process was but they were always happy to answer any questions we had. I would recommend them (and have) to anyone looking to arrange a mortgage and all the associated insurances.”

“We have been extremely happy with the service we received from CLS. Sue is always available when we need her and was extremely pro-active in contacting us to keep up updated. We needed quite a bit of hand holding through the whole process and Sue was so patient with us and explained everything to us clearly. Very happy overall”

“Clayton, Tina and the team at CLS have been absolutely brilliant in helping me and my wife get our first mortgage. From the outset they have been in regular contact giving us updates and answering any queries we had. As this is the first time we have had any dealings with mortgages it felt very daunting but the team at CLS put us at ease and explained everything. I cannot recommend Clayton, Tina and the team enough. I would definitely use their services again.”

“When my husband and I booked our meeting with CLS we wasn't even sure we could get a mortgage at all based on our circumstances. We saw Sue who was fantastic from start to finish. Very knowledgable and brilliant communication, to the point of even answering her emails when she was on holiday! We got a great rate mortgage which was processed super quick. She did all the leg work for us and kept us informed every step of the way, and even helped us when we didn't have a clue how to go about making offers. Our first meeting was free and all other fees were made completely transparent at that point. We would 100% use CLS again. Thank you for your hard work and fantastic communication.”
