“As a first-time buyer I made the seemingly sound choice of opting for a new build, but soon found out that it was a complete pain to find anyone who would do a 90% LTV mortgage. James and team were really helpful and gave solid easy to understand advice and helped me to find the right mortgage. Total lifesavers!”

“We had briefly dealt with another broker who didn't fill me with confidence. On searching for a new broker I came across James Oakley with CLS and I've got to say I would definitely recommend him. Found him to be very honest, prompt and realistic. He even arranged an appointment on a bank holiday when we had found a house we liked. We have now found a property, had our mortgage offer out and looking forward to moving into our new home. Overall CLS have made the financial process as swift and stress free as possible *****”

“Clayton, Tina and Chloe at CLS made our mortgage application as smooth as it could be. As a Company Director, with only one year of accounts, I didn't think it'd even be possible to secure a mortgage, let alone one with a decent rate, however, Clayton managed to find one. They also got us a great deal on buildings and contents insurance, life and critical illness cover and will soon be using them to help arrange our wills. Couldn't recommend them more.”
