“The Advisors assigned to me were always available to answer any questions I had no matter how big or small and even after I complete paying the fee's they continued to follow up with the solicitors and be available to help me through the process. As a first time buyer I needed more support and this was always there even at the weekends! My mortgage options were explained in detail and the other relevant insurance options were explained and organised accordingly, saving me lots of time and also money (I done my own insurance searches and found that CLS referrals were still cheaper). I would highly recommend using CLS and will be referring my friends and family moving forwards. Thanks for all your help! Kelly”

“Clayton and his team are fast and reliable. They go further than everyone else to achieve your goals and they keep pushing to make sure the mortgage and purchase goes through. In our case we had a complex purchase with a tight deadline. I firmly believe only Clayton could have got us the three AIPs we needed in only two days. Highly recommended!”

“Re-mortgage - I found the whole re-mortgage process very easy using CLS. Everything was explained very clearly and gave me great insight into the mortgage market. I was kept informed throughout the process and secured my preferred mortgage at an attractive rate. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.”

“I have used CLS financial for almost five years following a recommendation. I have found Clayton and his team most professional in all the dealings that I have had. “I approached CLS after many frustrating conversations with my bank and, upon dealing with Suzan it was clear I shouldn't have wasted my time with the bank. Suzan took the time to go through my circumstances and get me an mortgage for exactly what I was after. She followed up along the way through to completion. I would highly recommend the services CLS and more importantly Suzan provided for my mortgage and life insurance cover.”

“Every single person at CLS are a pleasure to deal with. My mortgage with nationwide was coming to the end of its term and i wanted to see if i could save money. A friend referred me to CLS and they were first class. It actually made more sense for me to keep paying the same monthly payment that i had been used to and CLS managed to knock 3 yrs of my total term. 3 yrs closer to being mortgage free?Service was brilliant, they kept me up to date with what was happening at every stage. The whole process from start to finish took 2 weeks. Absolutely briliant. Thank you. I will be recommending all my friends and family”
