“Awesome & Amazing!! What else can I say.....Rhiannon is absolutely outstanding in everything she does, from her professionalism, lovely friendly attitude & so much knowledge, keeps so calm and is positive every step of the way. She has such a strong proactive approach, which has made all the difference. “Melissa at CLS Money is just amazing, she helped me secure my remortgage back in 2020 and when I gave her a call again a few weeks back she was there to help again, Melissa kept in regular contact with me, she always explains everything and I know she will do everything she can to secure me the best deal. I work awkward hours and Melissa understood and would always contact me one way or another during the times she knows I am free. “We used CLS for our first remortgage. We initially dealt with Gemma and then Amy for the majority throughout and until the end. Things weren’t always smooth sailing due to having a shared ownership property but Amy dealt with so much to make it happen and made it as stress free as possible for us! We are really grateful for everything CLS have done for us. Always kept us updated and usually on a weekly basis. Always called to make sure we knew what was going on. Thank you again! “Eventually getting around to leaving a review, as since getting my keys for my new house a few weeks back everything has been full on. I was struggling to get a mortgage because I had an IVA on my name, due to getting caught out on property in the 2008 Financial Crash. I then came across CLS Money. From the very start of the process in dealing with Kelly and then Lauren and Amy there after checking in every other week to see if I needed help with anything as there where a few issues with getting a completion date on the property due to a septic tank issue, everything was smooth and well communicated. The Team could not do enough for me and can not thank every single one of them enough. With CLS I had quick responses to emails, help every step of the way and a Team member for every aspect of the process. I can not highly recommend CLS enough and again a personal thank you to Kelly, Lauren and Amy. Connor Leeman.”

“I couldn't recommend CLS enough! Gemma and Nicole have been amazing! We are first time buyer and have no idea what we are doing, they have guided us every step of the way, even with me being self employed and things being more complicated, they have sorted it all with no problem at all and super fast too!
