“We are so happy we got our mortgage offer today we never thought we would get there but Lauren and Dawn were amazing throughout the entire process, They were extremely professional and efficient at chasing our mortgage lender and updating us every step of the way. We are first time buyers and this is all new to us but we had everything explained to us so we understood. “The customer service was beyond outstanding, they always kept me up to date and set realistic expectations. Melissa was my broker and if you’re lucky enough to get this lady she will take such good care of you on your journey to securing a mortgage. There were times I wasn’t the best and picking up calls due to work, kids etc but Melissa was very understanding and took her time to contact me in a way that was suitable for my lifestyle from calling in the evening to emails when I was unable to speak on the phone. The price was fair in my opinion for the amount of work they put in and I have since recommended this company and Melissa especially to my mum whom is always buying her property. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for having such a caring team look after me during my journey to getting my very first mortgage. As well as Melissa I also worked with Abigail and again the service was no different the word if I had to use one would be exceptional! Communication was always amazing, they was always honest about how much things would cost me and providing me with updates on a regular basis. Before Abigail went on annual leave for Christmas she called me to let me know she wasn’t going to be in the office but someone else in the team would help me if I needed anything while she was off and while this may not seem like a big deal if felt like that she took the time to call instead of me receiving a generated email if I needed to contact her. A massive thank you lady is highly recommend hand down!!”

“This is my first ever mortgage and dealing with Gemma made this the most easiest process. From the very beginning until receiving our offer has been amazing. Gemma explained everything so thoroughly and really made it easy for us to understand. Lauren also kept us up to date with every step of the process! Which massively helped! “Joshua Weekes was amazing - I would definitely recommend. He guided me through the whole process and was always at the end of the phone to answer my questions. The process was very quick. Joshua got me an Agreement in Principle almost immediately, which surprised me as I was unable to get one myself using online applications direct with banks. Once I received my accepted offer, Joshua was able to get me the finalised mortgage offer within a week. My interest rate was also capped against rises between the agreement in principle and the offer. Can't fault in any way - thank you!”

“The team at CLS worked tirelessly to get us a mortgage, we tried with L&C but they couldn't get the mortgage we required and said they doubted anyone else could but these did! We were led through each step separately so it didn't confuse us as it can be daunting, they were very efficient and on the ball from start to finish, Thanks to Amy and the team for all, your hard work”
