We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. Since then, we have grown to a 1200 strong workforce and have manufactured over 40 million appliances. All of which have been designed and manufactured by us, in-house.

Thank you for contacting us and leaving feedback on the service you received from us. I'm sorry that your mower did not arrive when you expected it to and for any inconvenience caused by this. I can see from the order details that the order was placed on a Friday afternoon and that it was out for delivery the next day. Delivery was attempted at 17.40 on Saturday 6th August but was unsuccessful as the address was a business premises and there was no one available to receive the order. Delivery was re-attempted on 9th August, again unsuccessfully. I can assure you that our after-sales team made every effort to get your mower to you, using all resources at their disposal. Despite these efforts, on this occasion, we have been unable to locate the whereabouts of your order after two delivery attempts. This is not the outcome we had hoped for, and as such, your order has been refunded to minimise any further inconvenience to you whilst we continue to liaise with the courier.

“Arrived in less than 24 hours! Assembled easily but sometimes basket clips jump out of sockets. Not serious and will fix it. Roller bent but replacement arrived 2 days later. Only used it twice as garden droughts and not much grass. Quite a large garden but battery power only went down by 2 marks. Cut well, height adjustment very easy. To date very pleased with the purchase.”
