Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. “Took forever to answer an email regarding an out of stock item. And when they did, the advised date the part would be in stock was off by 10 days. Then notification when the item was back in stock didn't work neither, I had to check every day. If they weren't the only company that stocked this item I wouldn't have bought from them. When in stock, all is OK, proces are great. But customer service could be improved”

“I recently received the new carpet cleaner and I am delighted with this product. The website was easy to use and very informative. I had some old stains on my stair carpet caused by drinks etc and didn’t think they would be easily removed. However, upon using the machine they completely lifted and removed these old stains. The machine itself is very easy to use, compact and easy to store. The machine was also easy to clean out and empty after use. I was super impressed seeing all the dirt enter the dirty water tank, I think I will buy the full carpet cleaner next! Definitely recommend.”
