We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. Since then, we have grown to a 1200 strong workforce and have manufactured over 40 million appliances. All of which have been designed and manufactured by us, in-house.

“Although the Mower is cutting the grass, but only for 60mm. As the knob of cutting lower length is not moving therefore unable to cut grass to lower length. Raised the complaint, heard back after a 3 days to provide pictures and video of the problem. Shared on the same day but since then waiting to hear back. I wish first the quality check should have been dealt before sending the faulty item, also resolution of the problem should be dealt more promptly.”

“niestety odkurzacz jest uszkodzony raczka jest pęknięta i nie można jaj zamontować do obudowy bardzo proszę o wysłanie nowej sprawnej raczki do odkurzacza . Jeżeli chodzi o sprawność to dopiero w tym tygodniu zostanie uruchomiony i będę mógł ocenić mam nadzieje ze wszystko będzie ok dziękuje”

“I was very dissapoited with the LawnMaster hover mower. To my utter surprise I was asked by Cleva, instead of returning it, to take the machine to an electrical recycling centre. Full refund was agreed by Cleva and I am waiting to receive it into my credit card bank account.”
